Bought two tickets for 3-d show. Was on vacation in Nashville, there are TWO theaters with EXACT same name.

Went to wrong theater, had to buy two new tickets and it wasn't offered in 3-d at this theater. Fandango's customer service team is TERRIBLE. Spoke with Diane who is a supervisor and unable to help in any way. All she could quote was the ridiculous policy of it has to be cancelled 2 hours before the movie.

This is idiotic- I didn't know that I was going to a different theater with the same name two hours in advance. We are talking about $26.

Seriously- you can't refund?! DO NOT USE FANDANGO.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of fandango movie ticket and associated monetary loss in the amount of $26. Fandango needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
