Fandango - Unable to refund ticket before 1 hour the show started. Horrible online chat service
I purchased tickets online and I was unable to return the tickets 1 hour before the show started. The website had an error and it did not allow me to return it.
I was not able to screen shot the website. The next day, I waited 45 minutes to chat with a representative and he was unable to assist me. Not only that, he signed off immediately without giving me the opportunity to respond. I have attached a screen shot of our chat log and i have sent this to their customer service email.
Same, rudeness and they have the audacity to tell me to continue shopping at Fandango. No way!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $13.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Fandango Cons: Lack of professionalism, Nobody answers their phone, Lack of solving the issue.
