I bought two movie tickets on line and went to the wrong theater (my first purchase with them). I was told by the employee there that I could just purchase a ticket for their theater and request a refund on line; which I did.

However, after attempting that day via phone and again via customer service and via email the next day, I was told no refund could be issued. I attempted to respond to the email I received but was unable to. Their email is set up to automatically send a response back saying I didn't respond correctly. After trying to respond with their instructions several times, and it being impossible to do, I created a new email and was sent the same response.

This company steals money from their customers. It's a shame that this big company is taking advantage of millions of people.

They are thieves! My rating is "less than one star" really.
