I paid $90. for gift certificates for my grandchildren.

I later found out that no theater around here will accept them. When I called them on the phone I was treated very rudely. The manager tried to talk over me the whole time. He told me I would have to go back to the store where I paid for the gift cards.

He said he couldn't do anything about me being out the money.

I was hung up on three times when they were transferring me to the right department. I was on hold for close to an hour altogether and then I got the floor manager who was rude.
