I'm not happy that I don't have season of George Lopez now. Some how you guys removed without any reason, so again, I'm not happy.

It takes all these days for u money/Refund to be put b on your card, plus they take a $6 service charge which u automatically get but the consumer has to wait 7 business days to get Refunded!!! Never again will I use this form of payment!!! Better yet will I ever u this Site (Fandango) terrible customer service

Purchased 2 film bundle & can only play one of the two films.
Received complicated instructions. Still have not been able to watch Supergirl video.
Would have been much less complicated if I had just been sent separate video for Supergirl.

- - Bought tickets for the wrong showing and couldn't refund.
- - Will avoid the site and posted a Google review calling Fandango a ripoff.
Tried to refund exchange on ticket buying portion of *** and was refused. Went on Fandango customer service site and used their chat service. No refund.
I bought tickets for a movie through ***. I realized that I had bought for the wrong showing a few minutes later.
I tried to refund/exchange but could not since the mistaken show had already started. Various attempts to get a refund or exchange have been unsuccessful.
I will go out of my way to avoid using the fandango site again. I have given them a bad review on Google and will tell everybody I can that Fandango is a ripoff.

- - Fandango password compromised; can't log in on mobile.

On my phone, it said that my Fandango at home password I've been compromised, so I'm thinking I deleted all of them. I had three of them.

Things I PAYED for disapeared. Both T.V and Movies. My Movies went from 206 down to 158 and my T.V shows went from 121 to 60.
