Resolved: They blocked me from purchase of ticket

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. They have unblocked my credit card and allowed me to purchase tickets again.

Fandango Failed to research my request for a Refund

I went online before our ticket time to get a refund the system link for refund said it could not refund tickets I then called the customer service refund number only to be told that number is not in service I had to call another number by that time over 40mins had expired to be told by the representative that he could not refund my money due to the movie had started I explained my story was told he will send my request to a supervisor as of today I have yet to hear back until today I disputed this purchase with my bank we did not use the tickets would like our money back

User's recommendation: Don't wait on Fandango customers service for dispute immediately with your bank for help.

Canceled my account, why???????

Watching movie on fandango the movie stopped when I tried to get back in it msg saying my device was no longer eligible to receive fandango. I am auto billed from bank. No reason I should have been cancelledTried to get to customer service after filling in ridiculous forms it sent me to another form wanted me to pay on my credit card one dollar to send my to someone else that would supposedly fix the problem !! What a load of *** Horrible customer service if I ever am able a will cancel them, how horribly irrating!!!

Show me tickets for the wrong theater I ended up buying tickets for the Theater that I was that then when I got home I called to get reimbursed me another one the reimbursement because they move it has started the movie has started when I have gotten tickets

I have contacted the better business bureau. I had a 25.00 card that I used to purchase 3 tickets for a movie that same day. I arrived at the movies 5 minutes before show time and realized I had no e-mail with a confirmation number to claim my tickets? I had no choice but to repurchase the tickets at my own expense. I called your support area and the said because I didnt call before the movie I cant get reimbursed. It takes at least 30 minutes to get thru to you. The movie would have been half over. Ill never use your company again

I tried to buy tickets online, but never got confirmation email. My credit card was charged. How can I prove I bought tickets without email? I can’t.

I cant use self-help on website because I need confirmation number which I never got in email. I found a number to call in a google search (since not on website), and was on hold for so long that I just gave up.

I purchased tickets for a 4pm show and had to exchange them for a later show at 7:30pm on the same day. The exchange said it was successful but never used the purchase of the earlier tickets for the credit. I was charged an additional $49 dollars and was never credited back the $41 dollars for the first purchase.

Can’t get any help

Ive tried calling your CS several times and cant get anyone to help. Id like a refund or voucher for the money I lost. I bought tickets online from my local theater and showed up for the movie with my email verification code. It was for a theater in Las Vegas. Your website screwed up. I live in Utah.
