I used Fandango to purchase a ticket and had it sent to my phone. Once I got to the theater I realized that I had left my phone at home.

I raced back but could not have made it back to the theater in time so I went to the website to exchange my ticket (something I had just noticed as I purchased my ticket--"Plans Changed? Exchange your ticket"). The website would not respond to my click to "change my plans" and after 5 minutes of trying I texted Fndgo Help. I was told to go to the website--already tried and failed--or go to a live chat.

I opened a live chat and was told I was the 9th person in the queue. After waiting 10 minutes I finally got a rep who told me the show had started (duh!) and therefore I couldn't exchange the ticket. No matter that I'd been trying for almost 20 minutes, I was too late.

Not much of an exhange policy. Think I'll wait to buy my ticket at the boxoffice.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $11.

Preferred solution: Let me get another ticket for another time..

Fandango Pros: East of getting a ticket, Thought i was getting convinience.

Fandango Cons: Unresponsive websitelong wait for live chat.
