Fandango - No refund even after the WRONG MOVIE was shown?!?!?!
Theater showed the English dubbed version instead of the advertised subtitled version, admitted it was the wrong film playing, never fixed it, no-one on staff at that time to talk to besides kids working the concession stand and ticket booth. Because I had to wait until I got home to try to get SOMEONE, ANY ONE to credit my account for another movie (I wasn't even asking for the REFUND that I and the other patrons are DUE) they say "too late, movie's already started and ended, sorry." What kind of *** policy is this that cannot be changed for a circumstance where the wrong damn movie is shown???
And yeah, it DOES make a difference if its dubbed or subbed...dubbed SUCKS. Also, anime is more expensive, so I am out $50+ for four tickets to a movie they never showed! R I D I C U L O U S !
