My 10-year daughter was given a gift card for $15 (with no expiration). When she went to use it online, the gift card number was not recognized. What a pain in the ass.
Called the number on the back and sat on hold for ages. Finally, a recording said I could have a call back without losing my place in line. Fine. A few minutes later, the phone rang, I answered. Hello? .... Hello?.... No one home. After a minute, the phone line went dead. I was hung up on... Aaaarrrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhhh !!!!!!
So at this point I simply decided it was not worth my time to call back again (which is what I suppose this a-hole of a company had intended the whole time).
Borderline criminal operation. Avoid at all costs.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
