New ReviewerI have been trying to get a refund since Sunday evening for tickets that I purchased and I spent the entire night Sunday and entire day Monday trying to get a hold of somebody. Every time I requested ticket refund online it kept telling me there was an โerrorโ every time I called I was put on hold for three hours or more or never got a call back, and when I finally got a hold of an agent with the online chat, after being on hold for hours.
I never received my refund. Unbelievable. I want my refund. I donโt care if itโs after the showing.
I called the day before, and I spent the entire day before the showing trying to get a hold of somebody. Figure your customer service out.
Worst that Iโve dealt with. I will never use fandango again and you bet I will come after Fandango for my refund.
