Fandango Refund policy
I accidentally purchased tickets online for the wrong day. When I checked the email confirmation I discovered that the tickets were for a movie that started in 10 minutes.
I wanted to see the movie the next day. I contacted Fandango immediately but was put on hold for 30 minutes and then was told that the movies already started and I could not get an exchange or refund. Itโs a simple mistake.
Surly the technology is available to make the correction but instead Fandango has chosen to punish those who are not familiar with their website and keep money they have not earned. I refuse to have any more dealings with this company FOREVER and will tell all I come in contact with, on this subject, to avoid this company.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Help your customers when they make an error. Instead you keep $ for product not being used..
