Fandango - Horrible - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wasted 45 minutes with NO SOLUTION, when I was unable to simply buy 2 tickets! What a WASTE of my valuable time! Customer "No" service sucked

Fandango - Worst phone service

Fandango - THE WORST

Fandango is a complete scam- do not use their site, its not worth it. I called prior to my movie showing in hopes to receive a refund- I didn’t receive a call back until 5 hours later. They were so unreasonable even though it was their negligence that didnt allow for my refund to be processed in a timely manner! Also, each time I called I was on hold for over 45minutes. Dont use fandango!!
