Fandango - Refused to refund service fee despite fire at theater.

Went today with kids to theater. Theater had a fire and was closed. Fandango refused to give a complete refund (despite not believing me and verifying the fire actually happened) - they refused to refund the service fee. What service did they provide if they event never happened?

PROBLEM BECMING A VIP Fandango member

I have bought two or three sets of tickets and cannot get the VIP Customer program to accept my new (or old) password. I sign on and then request to purchase as a member but it will not let me.
