Their online system double charged me for tickets and after 3 months I'm still trying to get a refund. Ive contacted them numerous times by phone, email and chat, have sent them a copy of my bank ststement at least 5 times and it seems that they are not even looking at it and don't care to rectify the issue.
Just a warning to others, they are quick to take your money, but unwilling to fix a problem caused by them. I will never use this company again.
