Bought 2 small Fandango printable gift cards online and when my 2 granddaughters went to use them they were declined.They would not help me while they were at theater without sending copies of the cards.

By the time I got my son to take pictures, text to me and I submit via email the movie was long started. Since then I have submitted copies of printed gift cards twice and no response other than automated emails that I have not responded.

Only $30, but embarrassment for kids and parents being rejected and told to pay and take it up with Fandango.Now weeks later no response.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
