Due to their web site error, our tickets were purchased for the wrong theater. The theater confirmed the same thing had happened to other people that day.

The representative named Larry at Fandango was argumentative, rude and a disgrace to his organization. They refused to offer a refund. The Better Business Bureau had been informed.

Avoid them like the plague!!! {{Redacted}}
