we received a gift card from family and two time went to theaters that Fandango stated said accepted the gift cards then after being turned away we decided to go to the web site and buy the tickets there we started the process and completed the form and on the side where it showed the credit had been used it ...then we were required to put a our credit card information before the transaction was completed. Why should we have to put a credit card when its already been paid for via the gift card?

We were not able to complete the transaction and did not get our tickets.

We have had this gift card since Christmas and have not been able to use it. I would not commend this gift card for anyone!

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Disrespect for customers time, Bad customer service, Lack of professionalism.
