We bought 7 tickets to an 8:00 pm show last night. Fandango's automated message says "talk to theater customer service rep to exchange or change tickets".

We had one of seven not able to attend. We asked for help at 7:15pm. Of course she said I had to do that through Fandango. Stayed on hold for 30 minutes and had to get seats.

Manager tried calling through management line without success. After show she told me to call Fandango today. I tried and after staying on hold for 54 minutes was told that she could not help me. She would pass my complaint to corporate.

Fandango has one less customer today. It is stupid of a company to make customers stay on hold for close to an hour to talk to a customer service rep and to not value their customers for more than the price of one ticket. That $13.75 cost them ten times that in future service fees through them.

Idiots. I will never use them again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $14.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

100% your fault for ordering tickets online when you aren't sure people can come. Go to the theater like everyone else.
